Tumyto is a pan-India tiffin subscription platform, serving cities including Bangalore (Bengaluru), Pune, and Kolkata through local partner kitchens. Provider, menu, and delivery availability vary by address. Check the Tumyto app for available services in your area.

Through the Tumyto Platform, customers can:

Flexible Meal Subscriptions

Unlike traditional fixed tiffin plans, Tumyto allows customers to build a subscription around their own routine.

Customers can select available:

Provider → Days → Meal Time → Meals → Subscription Duration

The total subscription amount is calculated based on the meals and options selected by the customer.

Depending on the provider and location, customers may choose from various everyday meal options including vegetarian, egg, chicken, fish, roti-sabzi, thalis, combinations, and other meals offered by participating providers.

Menu availability and pricing may vary between providers.

Skip, Pause and Change

Tumyto subscriptions are designed to accommodate changing schedules.

Skip

If a customer does not require an upcoming scheduled meal, an eligible meal can be skipped before the applicable cut-off time.

The applicable value of a successfully skipped meal is credited to the customer's Tumyto Wallet/Balance for future eligible purchases.

Pause

Where supported, customers can pause their subscription for eligible dates and resume it according to the options available through the Platform.

Change

Eligible upcoming meals may be changed before the applicable cut-off time, subject to menu and provider availability.

Any difference in meal value may be adjusted through the customer's Tumyto Wallet/Balance or other available payment methods.

Tumyto Wallet

Tumyto provides customers with a Wallet/Balance that can be used toward eligible purchases through the Platform.

Wallet Balance may be used for:

Amounts credited to the Tumyto Wallet through meal skips, subscription adjustments, promotional credits, or similar Platform credits are generally non-withdrawable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Tiffin Providers

Tumyto works with multiple tiffin service providers, kitchens, restaurants, and food businesses.

Customers can explore available providers based on their service location and choose a provider according to their preferred menu, pricing, and availability.

Depending on the provider, food preparation, packaging, and delivery may be handled directly by the respective provider.

Tumyto facilitates the technology and services required to discover providers, create and manage subscriptions, process eligible payments and credits, and access customer support.

Meal Delivery

Scheduled meals are delivered according to the applicable provider, delivery location, and selected meal schedule.

Our general delivery targets are:

Actual delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, provider operations, festivals, road conditions, or other circumstances.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, delivery is made to the designated delivery point such as the main entrance, gate, reception-accessible point, or ground-level entrance of the delivery location.

Customers are responsible for collecting their meals from the designated delivery point and arranging any necessary gate or security permissions.

Service Availability

Tumyto services are available only in selected serviceable locations.
